Canada Soccer National Club Licence Program Update

Dear Parents, Players and Guardians.

There has been some misinformation in the local media regarding the National Club Licensing Program. To date, Canada Soccer has granted 3 provisional licenses in the Edmonton area and few other applications are under review.

EMSA has its application still under review for 2 licenses for our members. We know many coaches out there stating that only the initial three applications will be granted. That is simply not true. We have full confidence that we will meet all the criteria in the next couple of months and will provide a viable program for our members. This league is slated to start in 2020.

We look forward to working with Canadian Soccer to ensure that we are part of this PDL league. More information can be found here.
